These terms cover your use of WispBooks, a service of Artherada, LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be authorized to act for the business whose books you keep here. You are responsible for the people you invite and the access levels you give them. Keep your credentials secure.
Not tax or legal advice
WispBooks produces suggested classifications, deductions, and reports. They are a starting point, not tax advice. Your books are yours to review — clean phone scans file themselves and stay editable, everything else posts after you approve it — and you are responsible for the accuracy of anything you file. Work with a qualified accountant for filings and tax positions.
Plans and billing
Every new organization starts with a free 30-day trial, no card required. After that, WispBooks bills monthly: one full product at a price set by last calendar month's transaction count — every Square sale or refund, bank or card line, filed receipt, and manual transaction your books took in — with no feature tiers and no scan caps. The band is recalculated on the 1st and applied from your next invoice. Cancel any time — access runs to the end of the paid period, and started periods aren't refunded. If a subscription lapses your account goes read-only, never locked out: views, reports, and exports keep working, and new work pauses until you resume.
Connected services
Connecting Square, Gmail, or a bank feed via Plaid is optional, and every connection is read-only — we never move money and never send email on your behalf. Each connection is also governed by that provider's own terms, and disconnection works as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not upload material you have no right to, attempt to breach or overload the service, resell it without a written agreement, or use it to conceal fraudulent activity.
Your data
You own your receipts, records, and ledger. You grant Artherada, LLC the limited license needed to process and display them for you. Export is available at any time, including after cancellation, for the retention window described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Artherada, LLC's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties arising from filings you make.
Changes and governing law
We will give notice of material changes to these terms before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
